Mustard makes many things but prefers it involve a camera. Prior to filmmaking, she worked for a decade as a photojournalist based out of Cairo and Bangkok, a career that imbued in her a foundation of
ethical sensitivity, a sharp eye for good stories, and a satisfying aesthetic.
Driven by her values, she has told stories for clients globally
including the New York Times, National Geographic, and HBO Max.

Previous chapters in her life included scooping ice cream, cake making, cater waitering,
competitive marimba playing, and running a physical eBay store when those were a thing.

is a filmmaker, photographer, and speaker raised on a Christmas tree farm in Pennsylvania. Shaped by personal experiences of adventure, adversity, and absurdity,
her work is driven by curiosity and compassion.

She’s a person that loves people, and is a sucker for experiences that surprise and delight.
Her open heartedness forges a special intimacy with her subjects.

She really respects the work of Anthony Bourdain,
Tierra Whack, Louis Theroux, and Maria Bamford.
